If you recall from last week’s update, I’ve been working on this cowl for a while. It is finally done, but I am not too happy with the result. It is made of acrylic yarn and it just doesn’t have the right drape or handle in my hands.  The next project I’m working on is yet another shawl! You can find the free pattern here. Last year, knitted a dog sweater from matching yarn (below).  Of course, the most important event this week is the opening of my online store! The first product I put up for sale is this hand-dyed yarn that my boyfriend named "Raven Feed". I dyed a naturally grey base yarn with Jacquard acid dye and salt.  I’m also working on more dyed yarn, but due to limited time, they are not done yet.  That’s it for this week! Hopefully work is more forgiving next week!
